Sung Dan is highly confident to serve you with trust and loyalty in selling, buying, leasing, and finding investment properties. She was raised in South Korea and moved to Houston in 2012. She started her career as a high school teacher in South Korea after earning a master’s degree in English Education. She has been working as a Korean instructor for adult learners in Houston since 2019. She believes that these extensive experiences in education field will help each of her clients to meet their expectations and achieve their real estate goals with her very customized strategies and services as she tried to meet each student’s need before.
She covers, but not limited to the areas of Houston, The Woodlands, Conroe, Montgomery, Magnolia, Spring, and Tomball. She is very supportive and attentive of what the clients need through the whole process of selling, buying, leasing, and finding investment properties. Her in-depth knowledge in local markets, real estate trend, and investment will support clients to fulfill their real estate goals. Moreover, when it comes to investment properties, she assists her clients to determine about where to invest with an evaluation of local population growth, job growth, economic trends, cash flow, and NOI. She is a wife and a mom of two children and has lived in The Woodlands since 2017 where she and her family love to call home.
