” We met Jay Schulz quite by accident last year. One Sunday afternoon we were out on a drive in North Houston and on a whim decided to go into an Open House. As we hadn’t yet figured out that we were serious about house hunting, we only spent a few minutes looking around the place and chatting with the realtor doing the showing. We drove away with his business card and a nice impression. In those few minutes he had helped us zero in on more of what we wanted in a house, as well as what we didn’t want.
