Bryan
Since 1995, from riding his bike as a teenager to Knox Junior High to cheering on his beloved Woodlands Highlanders as a student, Bryan has kept his finger on the pulse of the latest trends and movements of not only The Woodlands real estate market, but also in the surrounding areas. Bryan Cifuentes is able to offer his clients top-notch guidance from start to finish, ensuring the entire process is seamless, efficient and rewarding. Specializing in the local neighborhoods such as Grogan’s Mill, Alden Bridge, and Cochran’s Crossing, where he spent time with family and friends as a young adult, Bryan has admired The Woodlands growth and booming economy. Born in Houston, Bryan has also seen the city grow into one of the top destinations to live, work, and play! Now he’s thrilled to be a key player in the real estate industry, which he considers to be both a privilege and a responsibility that he takes quite seriously.
Prior to joining the world of real estate, Bryan served in The United States Army from 1999-2003 as a Combat Engineer and also became a Land Professional in managing land and minerals throughout the United States in the Oil and Gas industry. Bryan also received a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007. With his education and experience, Bryan Cifuentes is passionate in figuring out how to provide clients with what they want and need. He works hard to fully appreciate each client and finds creative ways to fulfill their needs-insight. “I want my clients to know that I will meet their needs and wants as my own when searching for the perfect property while helping them secure the best deal/investment,” he says.
Bryan is proud to call The Woodlands his hometown. He loves spending time with his wife Sonia and their two beautiful kids, Brianna Elizabeth and Ethan George. He’s an avid golfer and enjoys watching his Houston sports teams along with his beloved Texas Longhorns.
