Tere represents discriminating domestic and international clients in buying and selling fine homes and investment properties in The Woodlands and surrounding areas, providing them with exceptional service through product knowledge, perseverance and communication. Born in Venezuela and fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she started her career working in the sales department of her family’s real estate development company while pursuing her college business degree. After graduation, she worked in banking, first in risk management and later as an international credit officer.
Tere’s strong business acumen and negotiation abilities complement her project management skills and keen attention to details, allowing her to manage all aspects of real estate transactions meticulously from start to finish. In a break from her business career, while a full-time mother of three children, she also worked as a Texas-certified bilingual special education teacher, helping children with special needs.
A Woodlands resident for the last 11 years, Tere has exceptional knowledge of the local market, informed insights into housing and value creation trends, as well as deep relationships within the community.
