Within the last three years Cindy has been my realtor on three homes that I have purchased and/or sold here in the Woodlands.

The most recent transaction was the purchase of my home that I reside in now. Cindy helped me negotiate a great, below market price. I was very happy with that transaction and Cindy’s professionalism and personal touch. She made me feel like I was her most important client.

Cindy also helped me sell my former residence, which sold in two weeks at asking price. That was almost three years ago, when the Woodlands Real Estate was still a buyer’s market. I have always attributed the fast sale to Cindy’s marketing and professionalism. The pictures of my house posted on HAR were amazing, and I believe helped sell my house so quickly.

Two years ago, Cindy helped me purchase an investment property, and again that transaction was smooth and timely.
