We met Jay Schulz quite by accident last year.  One Sunday afternoon we were out on a drive in North Houston and on a whim decided to go into an Open House.  As we hadn’t yet figured out that we were serious about house hunting, we only spent a few minutes looking around the place and chatting with the realtor doing the showing.  We drove away with his business card and a nice impression. In those few minutes he had helped us zero in on more of what we wanted in a house, as well as what we didn’t want. Both very important things  to be aware of when house hunting!

A few months later, when it came time to find our own place, who popped into our heads first, but Jay Schulz!  Sure enough, our first impression was right on the mark.  Jay went above and beyond in assisting us to find just the right place.  We had two very specific items we wanted, both rare by themselves, and almost impossible to find in combination.  Wouldn’t you know it, but he found it.

At all times Jay was patient and supportive, never trying to rush us into a quick sale, which we really appreciated. When it was time to act quickly, as it is sometimes necessary in this heated marketplace, he was always there on time. His partner, Cindy, also supported our search, as often as needed. Thank you Jay and Cindy!

Needless to say, that is why we are writing this testimonial.  In this day and age it is a pleasure to meet and work with young professionals who really care.
